Can't submit media 3

Can't submit media 3

I submited 3 media today, but the the third media does not show up, it always displays the same link as media 2.

Is it a bug?

I think I kown what's wrong.
All 3 media are actually submitted and shown up normally in detail page and contest's front page. The link of media 3 is not shown correctly in list pages ( all entries list page and my entries page ), it always diplay as media 2.

The same thing happened to me. Looks like a bug. Good thing it works on the detail page.
