Intel Thread Profiler for Windows 3.1 ver 10 available, but not by default
The default selection for the version to download is pointing to version 9. Make sure you select version 10 to get the latest build.

While that may have been true at some point, I just checked it and the default, at least for me, was to default to version 3.1 release 10.
