GMA x3100: Problem with dual monitor
Hello,
I'm using a vaio notebook (VGN-NR11z/s) with the graphic card gma x3100, I plugged in a second monitor as extended desktop, but it is not working very well, it "trembles" like a CRT monitor with a low frequence :S

I've tried 3 LCD monitors and they all do the same.
I've also tried 2 CRT monitors, one of them worked fine though.

I'm using win vista with the last intel's drivers.

It's just me or anyone else got the same problem? there's a way to fix it or I'll have to wait untill some new driver?

Thank you
Byee!

I'm having the same problem.  MacBook with XP SP2 in boot camp partition.  I boot into XP.  I have the latest driver for this GMA 965 chipset family (June 2008).

When I boot MacOS, the card is listed as GMA x3100.  When I boot MacOS,  I can get extended monitor to a TV.  When I boot XP, I cannot.  Sounds like Windows/Intel driver to me...

Any solutions?  Workarounds?  When will the next driver come out?  I need this capability ASAP!
