Package Load Failure error

Dear, colleagues!

We have the following products installed:
1. Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise x64 Edition SP2 with all latest updates.
2. Microsoft Visual Studio 2005
   Version 8.0.50727.42  (RTM.050727-4200)
   Microsoft .NET Framework
   Version 2.0.50727 SP1

   Installed Edition: Professional

We are trying to install Intel Fortran Compiler for Windows (version 10.1.021). Installation seems to complete successfully. Installed compilers and integrations to VS2005 appear in Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs. But any attempt to open VS or open existing Fortran project leads to error. The text of an error is attached. What can be the reason of it? It should be noted that everything seemed to work fine with the previous version of Intel compiler (9.1).

Package ‘Intel(R) Fortran Language Service Package’ has failed to load properly (GUID={E5916C4A-E781-11D2-9AB1-9E1E96000000}). Please contact package vendor for assistance. Application restart is recommended, due to possible environment corruption. Would you like to disable loading this package in the future? You may use ‘devenv/resetskippkgs’ to re-enable package loading.

Re: Package Load Failure error

I would suggest uninstalling the Intel Fortran Integration into Visual Studio (Add or Remove Programs), install Service Pack 1 for VS2005 (link is in the Fortran Installation Guide) and then reinstalling.  Let me know how this works.
