Is the outset of the simulation counted as the first generation?

Hi,all

There is a field in the input file that designate the number of generations that the computation should go through. Then whether or not count the outset of the simulation as one generation?

I'm just going to follow whatever was done in the given example code.

In the example code, the initial setup is not counted as a generation.
