Time: 9:00 - 10:00AM US Pacific Time
Where: http://tinyurl.com/34chl9
Presented by Rami Radi. AJAX is becoming a pervasive deployment methodology, and ISVs are using it increasingly in the enterprise, which necessitates the need to understand how its underlying technologies really work. This presentation therefore discusses the different technologies that comprise AJAX including JavaScript, XML, XSLT, SOAP, JSON and DOM in considerable depth and illustrates several methods and tools that can help in benchmarking AJAX applications. Finally, the presentation also discusses how to avoid some of the major performance pitfalls that ISVs encounter while developing AJAX applications.
